Loved the location of Casa Bertrand! It’s just a short walk to many attractions and dining spots. The room was clean and had a nice private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Staff were warm and helpful, making check-in smooth. the room felt quite cramped, and my bathroom was unexpectedly small, causing some inconvenience. The shower size was not ideal, especially for someone larger. No coffee available in the mornings was a bummer too. Despite this, the easy access to public transport was a big plus for exploring the city.

The bathroom setup was a bit awkward with a glass sliding door, which lacks privacy. one interior room received poor feedback for being cramped and having no windows, along with a malfunctioning ventilation system. It seems that the TV had a mind of its own too, turning off unexpectedly. while the aesthetics were solid, some functionality and comfort weren't quite up to snuff.
